Saddle Sore Ranch

The Saddle Sore Ranch is void of any real history at this point. The original location was very remote, and presented some challenges for access. It was established in 2017 by Rob & Lubia Borden, then moved to it’s current location, directly on Route 66, in 2020. It serves as a community event venue aimed at promoting and preserving Route 66 travel & tourism. Undergoing constant improvements, there are plans to create a western town atmosphere. It is private property, but the owner allows it to be used a rest stop and picnic area for Route 66 travelers. Respect the property. Pack it in, pack it out.
